This package is for those with some webinar experience. The 30-minute initial discussion takes place in advance of the webinar. We will review the event’s details, identify the roles, confirm the webinar has been set up correctly, and discuss best practices. Audio check is the 30 minutes directly before the live webinar. We will review the discussion notes, go over the flow of the event, and test the audio and webcam of the speakers. For the live webinar event, I will seamlessly manage the event, including hosting, chat, questions, troubleshooting, recording, polls, and presenting your Powerpoint.
Includes the 2-hour package – initial discussion (30 min), audio check (30 min) and live webinar (60 min) plus a 1-hour dry run/rehearsal.
The 1-hour dry run/rehearsal is scheduled days to weeks before the live event to confirm that your Speakers are comfortable with the program, the flow of the event, optional tools, and any technical issues are addressed.
This package is for those with little time or experience managing the webinar.
This package includes all the activities plus setting up your webinar and providing reports. Webinar registration can include branding, registration questions, and engagement tools like surveys, polls, and videos. After the webinar, I will create reports, including registration, attendance, polls, and questions. I will also share ways you can share the recording with your audience.
